This could be your relaxing getaway or fun day at the pool with family and friends!! Resort-style yard, Jacuzzi, huge salt water pool w/diving board and waterfall! Includes lounges, swing chairs, pool floats, large dining table, bistro set, outdoor bar w/mini fridge, fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, hammock, bar top table, cooler, gas grill, portable restroom & WiFi! Fee is $125/hr for up to 20 guests. Message host with any questions. *Please book enough time to include any set up AND clean up*

<div>Jacuzzi is for adults only. Please throw out all trash in garbage provided and leave outdoor furniture and cushions where you found them. Do not urinate in pool or jacuzzi No glass allowed. Use cans or plastic cups. Absolutely no use of trampoline is allowed. Music is fine, but keep it reasonable Smoking is only allowed in fire pit area. No standing or jumping off waterfall *No lifeguard in duty. Swim at your own risk*</div>
