About the pool
<div>Our pool is located in the yard with 230 feet of frontage on Tarpon River, the longest on the river west of Andrews Ave and on 1/2+ acre. The location is perfectly situated in Fort Lauderdale being <10 minutes from the airport, port and downtown. Why spend money for a hotel room if you are only going to be transferring through town for a few hours!? BBQ and kayaks also available for rent during your stay.</div>

<div>All guests must sign a liability waiver before entering the pool. All swimming is done at guests own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children <13yo must be accompanied. Max 6 guests, anything over that will result in immediate forfeiture of your booking without refund. We ask that you smoke in one of the chairs along the river.
