About the pool

You get to use the entire back-yard which includes pool area, gourmet BBQ island area with both gas and charcoal grills (including multi-skewer kebab / souvla style rotisserie), outdoor sink, bar and fridge, as well as lounge area with table and chairs, plus a grass area with stunning ocean views.</div>

No loud music. No music after 9pm. No glass containers around the pool. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool is not covered so guests take responsibility for ensuring all guests can swim or are closely monitored. Any resulting trash must be separated into recyclable and non recyclable bins (available on property), in trash bags that must be closed tight. BBQ pit(s) may be used for an additional $45 fee to cover cleaning of the BBQ. Refrigerator, bar and sink can be used
