About the pool
<div>We have a newly resurfaced enclosed pool that is 15 x30 with a 7 foot deep end. There is a dining table that seats 6 and also a propane fire pit with 4 comfy swivel chairs.</div>

<div>Please treat our space as if it were your own, no destructive behavior. Music is allowed but please be mindful of our neighbors. All children must be attended to. Only the pond side of the yard may be utilized as we have chickens on the other side of the yard. Parking is limited in front of the house but there is additional parking at the entrance of the neighborhood. All trash must be thrown in trash bins. Please no smoking.</div>
