About the pool
<div>I have a large diving pool. Goes up to 10ft deep. Lovely gazebo with gorgeous lounge chairs. Enough sitting areas to accommodate a party of 15-20 Lush landscaping and beautiful planted flowers surround the pool area. Tons of lighting placed in the perfect spots to light up the nighttime pool party. Even have a enclosed trampoline, swing set with slide, and playhouse for the little ones to use. Lg or small fridge, TV, karaoke party speaker all available upon request.</div>

<div>Must throw out all trash. No entry into house except bathroom area. Garage items off limits. The yard area is 420 friendly. Just as long as you use a ashtray and not throw cigarette butts or anything else all over yard. If there is butts or anything left behind in yard that requires cleaning I will charge for this as an occurred damage. I am not responsible for any injuries. A damage deposit of $300 required and refundable if no damages occur.</div>
