About the pool
Large pool with basketball hoop in backyard. With a gazebo and a barbecue grill under it with seating for dinner. Patio has a bar and plenty of seating and a rolling cart TV. Inside the home you will have access to a pool table and a bathroom. Upon request you may have access to additional things and the kitchen. If you would like to not have access to some of the items to save on expenses please message me and I may be able to adjust the cost. Outside in the bar there is a mini fridge & cooler,

Please treat this better than as if it were your own home. Respectable parties allowed w/max 20 people. Plenty of parking down the street, in the driveway & side street. Please dispose of your trash in trash bins.
Please recognize that my dogs & cats have a doggy door & will be allowed in & out of my house but I will try to limit it as much as I can.
I have ring monitoring devices around the home, so as I said, respectable gatherings only. Do not harm animals, no nudity or smoking allowed.
