Sunshine Paradise

<div>Large gated backyard and fenced off from the neighbors by 6 foot privacy fence. We own the 1.5 acre lot behind our property so its an almost secluded feel. The neighborhood near 16th street and Glendale, for those whom aren't familiar, almost feels like it isn't arizona, theres no gravel yards with cactus all grass lawns with high trees, so our pool area is surrounded by those tall trees, and the pool itself is beautiful. 10 feet deep at the deepest end, where of at its widest ppint the pool is course our diving board is located????. At its widest point the pool is 248 inches wide (20'8") and at its length is 35 feet. The shallow end has 4 wide stairs so one can ease in if your not the diving type. We have 2 floating lounges and various water toys and games. In the summer you cant beat the feel of the sun cooking that pool water off your skin, and if your a night owl its beautifully lit for your enjoyment. Nothing like floating calmly on the water and looking at the beautiful AZ sky.</div>
