About the pool
<div><strong>You will enter through a beautifully maintained botanical garden into a lush, relaxing 5ft deep sparkling salt water pool steps away from fine dining and the inter-coastal waterway. Plenty of outdoor seating, umbrellas, receptacles, lounge chairs, grills, a shed with pool toys and deck area to enjoy the sun and shade. The space is handicap accessible and includes access to separate men’s and women’s restrooms connected to the clubhouse (which can be rented privately for an addtl fee) The pool is open from 10am-10pm. Note this is a shared mature owners space, very quiet and friendly. Maximum pool capacity is 27 people. Guest parking is available. Alcohol is permitted but please avoid glass bottles. As an extra added perk you can rent a two person kayak and life vests to explore the waterways or dock your personal boat for the day on my private 20ft boat slip for a romantic coastal experience (for an addtl fee).
