Charcoal grill, dining table & chairs (Limited) available.. Backyard is fully fenced with privacy fence. Lifeguard available for $15 per hour.</div>

We suggest using the Weather Bug app and using their Lightning Detector and following recommendations on when to seek shelter. **Must sign liability waiver prior to using the pool. Every child (under age 18) must have a waiver signed by his/her parent.***</div>
