About the pool
<div>Big inground saltwater pool with inground hot tub. Pool has multicolour lights for night swimming, a swimjet installed in the deep end wall for exercise (basically a treadmill for water). There is a seating area with table and umbrella also.</div>

<div>No glass bottles/plates etc. Nothing glass allowed in the backyard. Garbage must be thrown in trash. After 11pm no loud music/noise because neighbors will complain unfortunately. No jewelry that can rip the liner of the pool. No peeing in the pool, and kids who arent potty trained must wear swim diapers. Must sign a waiver. Non swimmers must rent life jackets or stay in the shallow end. Host will be supervising everyone follows the rules. Must be 21 or older to book</div>
