HOUSE RULES: Parties - a separate rental agreement is required to host - Children: this is not the right setting for children - No smoking including hookah or vaping - Quiet hours from 11pm-7am daily -All refuse must be placed in trash cans -Covered dining pergola must stay closed at all times -No modification to property including the removal or change of furniture -No guests beyond the registered number without prior approval. This policy includes parties. Guest count must be confirmed prior.
