The home is located in a quiet upscale part of Sherman Oaks so music or loud noises OUTSIDE ONLY are not allowed. There is a great sounding system inside, that can be used simply by downloading the SONOS app on your cell phone. It can get pretty loud which i do not mind as long as the doors and windows are closed . You are welcome to dance , sing etc ...
