Spacious with ALL DAY direct* sunlight and a breathtaking golden hour. Great for photo/video shoots and events of all sorts. : Creative productions, Small Weddings, Birthdays, Dinner Parties, Baby Showers, Graduation Parties, Etc.
Many eclectic furniture options available for use or to be removed to bring in your own set up. A mobile bar and fire pit is available and ready to arranged in any preferred set up. (mobile bar can only be used on top deck)
Deck is lined with string lights and has access to multiple power outlets for music, extra lighting or catering.
Access to driveway for loading in and out and a food truck option.
••GREENROOM is available with couch, makeup table, mini fridge and coffee table for an additional price - $35/hr *Hours must correspond with the duration of main booking*

-Strict noise ordinance takes place due to it being a residential area. Weekdays :10PM, Weekends: 11PM. Any music or noise past the 10 minute grace period a $50/per minute charge will be added.

- Strict noise ordinance takes place due to it being a residential area and courtesy of our neighbors. Weekdays :10PM, Weekends: 11PM. Past the 10 minute cut off a $50/min charge will be added.
ACCESIBLITY:
- This property is NOT handicap accessible and is a "multiple level" property accessed by stairs.
SMOKING:
- No smoking on lower deck due to dry brush. Street level / lounge area have multiple ash trays for designated smoking. Please be sure to pick up any butts. Hookah parties...
