About the home
Welcome to The Dragonfly Agency. This is a beautiful 3,800 square foot split level studio and multi-purpose space with white walls and 24 ft high ceilings in the heart of the DTLA Arts District. There are industrial windows on the first floor and mezzanine level that let in lots of natural light. The entrance is located on the first floor with easy street access. There is a kitchen, with refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler and a bathroom. In addition to the studio there is a reception area, conference room and 2 living rooms. The studio is fully equipped with two AC's and power outlets on every wall. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, convent stores, all within walking distance. The studio holds 25 - 50 comfortably.

Additional rules
No smoking inside. No pets, unless approved in advance. If you use the seamless you will be charged an additional $25.00 per seamless. If you use the in-house photography lights you will be charged an additional $25.00. If sparkles are used and not cleaned up there will be an additional $50 fee.
