This modern loft is fantastic for photoshoots, short term art exhibitions, meditation gatherings, yoga classes and holistic healing gatherings.
This is a two floor loft, only the FIRST FLOOR is for rent, 600 sq ft space with 20 ft high ceilings

$50/hr for bookings of 1-4 people.
$60/hr for bookings of 5-8 people.
$70/hr for bookings 9-12 people.
* 1 parking spot in gated area, street parking available, street cleaning on Monday's and Tuesday's. Please read the signs.

Please do not use oil products against concrete walls as they are easily stained.
Do not hammer/screw any holes or tape anything on concrete walls. There is a gallery wall hanging system if you need to hang anything.
