Beautiful Backyard Oasis (5 min from DTLA and K-Town)

This beautifully renovated backyard is the perfect place to host intimate events of any size. The space is excellent for both intimate, medium and large (120 capacity events). The space has been professionally designed and has a sophisticated yet free-spirited charm. It's rich with natural beauty from the enormous Italian Cypress trees that border much of the space. The space was designed to feel like a retreat from the city life. When you're there you will quickly forget that you're just 5 short minutes from Down Town LA or Korea Town. The space lends itself well to birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, and much more. There is a large turf area as well as a large concrete area, so it can be used for almost any purpose that you need. There are two separate outdoor power outlets (total of 4 plugs). If you need additional outlets, please bring an extension chord/power strip. There is plenty of outdoor seating, including outdoor sectionals, a hammock, and an outdoor dining table, and more. PLEASE NOTE: $60 is the starting hourly price, the pricing changes based on the number of guests. This is the same way across all platforms. There is an outdoor restroom on site. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all trash and returning furtniture to the original position. Cleaning fee covers sanitization of space and furniture prior to your event. Live bands and ticketed events require permitting at responsibility of the renter (Wooden Table is not included) Music must be turned off by 10pm on Weekends, and 7:30pm on week nights Additional Fees: There is an on-site kitchen that can be made available for an additional fee.
