About the home

*We require a refundable cleaning deposit, which is returned at the end of the event (or following day for events that end after 11pm) as long as the space is left in its original condition (clean/undamaged) and you follow the rules of the space. This is due upon arrival on the day of the event.*
Rental rate is calculated by the number of guests attending. If you end up having more guests than originally booked, the entire booking will be retroactively adjusted to the corresponding rate on Peerspace. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum listed capacity of the space, Owners reserve the right to immediately terminate the event without refund and charge an additional fee of $500.
Our 2500 square ft creative space is perfect for celebrations and other events. The layout is very open and all furniture can be moved around as you like. If you would like all of the furniture removed prior to your event, please select the furniture removal add-on when booking. There are three large windows that let in natural light during the day. We are located on the second floor which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The space has one private restroom. There are no noise restrictions after regular business hours (evenings and weekends).

-The doors to the building and unit must remain completely closed at all times. You may want to designate a door person for easier entry for your guests.
