Clean pool, 15x30 inground. First 7 ft is 4 feet deep then slopes to 11 feet Diving board, use of yard Gas and charcoal grills Tent available, Bar available Fridge and feezer available Parties and special requests can be accomodated. Limited bathroom use. Portable restroom is available while bathroom is under construction . PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT SET UP TIME AND CLEAN UP TIME. IF YOU RUN OVER THE TIME YOU BOOKED FOR,YOU WILL BE CHARGED OR REMOVED AND CHARGED. IF YOU NEED THE TIME, BOOK IT

Partying with respect is welcome. Yard is large so smoking section will be towards rear of property to respect all guests. YOU Must clean up. Trash in receptacles etc. Clean up commitee available for additional charge.
No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
Life vests and life ring available . clean up and set up takes time. If you need time, pay for the time or be prepared to clean and be gone at the time you paid for. Extra time is not free. Thank you for understanding.
